As we were preparing to leave our camp in Macon, I stepped out of the RV and saw this rafter of turkeys. They had such great color and they didn’t seem to be bothered by me taking their picture. Check out those tail feathers.
As I said, they didn’t seem to be bothered by me taking their picture. So I moved a little closer to them and said “Hey guys, what’s happening?” All of a sudden everyone of them yelled “Gobble, Gobble, Gobble”. I told them that if they all talked at once it was going to be difficult for us to have a conversation. So they turned and walked away. Crazy birds.
Ever notice how you see a lot of turkeys in every month except November?
