Merry Christmas 2013

Well, it seems the blogger has had a lot of “silent nights”.  After our return home in early September, it has taken us a few months to adjust to real life.  Frankly, life on the road was so much easier and less stressful.  That is why we are heading out again January 17th.  Our first stop is Charleston where I will do a one day 60 mile ride in conjunction with the Charleston marathon that our friends will be doing.  From Charleston we will head south to Florida–me by bike and Georgie in the RV.  We will stop in Jacksonville, Florida, to visit some dear friends.  From there we will take the RV to the Tampa area to visit Flat Rock neighbors who winter in Florida.  I will be flying to Shreveport for a meeting at the end of the month and will return on Feb. 1st to start biking north toward home.

We are excited to get back on the road.  I will begin blogging again so stay tuned.  Thank you for your support in the past and I hope you enjoy the ride to Florida and back.  By the way, Georgie and I have also booked a bike trip in August to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.  It should prove to be adventurous riding in the Baltics.

May you and your family have a blessed holiday and an adventurous 2014

  2. May the peace of The Lord Christ go with you wherever he may send you.
May he guide you thru the wilderness, protect you from the storm.

May he bring you home rejoicing once again into our arms.
In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
